The people of Nuh rejected the apostles. 105 When their brother Nuh said to them: Will you not guard (against evil)? 106 Surely I am a faithful apostle to you; 107 So be fearful of God and listen to me. 108 And I ask of you no hire therefor; my hire is but with the Lord of the worlds. 109 Hence, remain conscious of God, and pay heed unto me!" 110 ۞ They said, 'Shall we believe thee, whom the vilest follow?' 111 He said: I have no knowledge of that which they have been Working. 112 "Their account is only with my Lord, if you could (but) know. 113 "I am not one to drive away those who believe. 114 'I am naught but a plain warner.' 115 They said, "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will surely be of those who are stoned." 116 He said: "My Lord! My people have branded me a liar. 117 Therefore judge You between me and them, and save me and those of the believers who are with me." 118 And We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 Then We drowned the rest (disbelievers) thereafter. 120 Verily there is a sign in this, yet many of them do not believe. 121 And thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 122
