The people of Nuh rejected the apostles. 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you have no fear of God? 106 Lo! I am a faithful messenger unto you, 107 So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 108 And I do not ask you any reward for it; my reward is only with the Lord of the worlds: 109 so fear God and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, 'Shall we believe thee, whom the vilest follow?' 111 He said: "And what knowledge have I of what they used to do? 112 It is for my Lord to bring them to book, if you can understand. 113 I will not drive away the believers. 114 'I am naught but a plain warner.' 115 They said: if thou desistest not, thou shalt surely be of those stoned. 116 He said, 'My Lord, my people have cried me lies, 117 Judge among us and save me and the believers with me". 118 Wherefore We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 Then afterward We drowned the others. 120 In this there is evidence (of the truth) but most of them do not have any faith. 121 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 122
