Hizb 38
< random >
The nation of Noah, belied their Messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said to them: "Will you not take heed? 106 “I am indeed a trustworthy Noble Messenger of Allah to you.” 107 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 108 I ask of you no recompense for it, for my only reward is with the Lord of the Universe, 109 "So fear Allah, and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: shall We believe in thee when the meanest follow thee? 111 He said, “What do I know what their deeds are?” 112 Their account is only with my Lord, if you could perceive 113 I am certainly not one to drive away the believers. 114 'I am naught but a plain warner.' 115 They said: "O Noah! If you do not desist, you will certainly become one of the accursed." 116 He said, 'My Lord, my people have cried me lies, 117 Therefore judge Thou between me and them with a (just) judgment, and deliver me and those who are with me of the believers. 118 So We saved him and those with him in a laden ship. 119 Then We drowned the rest (disbelievers) thereafter. 120 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 And thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 122

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
