The People of the Woods denied the Noble Messengers. 176 When Shuaib said to all of them, “Do you not fear?” 177 I am a trustworthy Messenger to you. 178 be, then, conscious of God, and pay heed unto me! 179 “And I do not ask from you any fee for it; my reward is only upon the Lord Of The Creation.” 180 ۞ Give full measure, and cause no loss to others. 181 And weigh (things) with a right balance, 182 do not defraud people of what is rightfully theirs; and do not spread corruption in the land. 183 but be conscious of Him who has created you, just as [He created] those countless generations of old!" 184 They said, “You are under a magic spell.” 185 You are but a man like ourselves, and indeed, we think you are among the liars. 186 "Now cause a piece of the sky to fall on us, if thou art truthful!" 187 Shuayb said: "My Lord knows well all what you do." 188 And they denied him, so the punishment of the day of the black cloud seized them. Indeed, it was the punishment of a terrible day. 189 Verily, in this is indeed a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 190 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 191
