And most surely this is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 192 The Trustworthy Spirit brought it down. (Angel Jibreel peace be upon him.) 193 Upon your heart, for you to convey warning. 194 In plain Arabic language. 195 Truly, it is in the Books of the ancients. 196 Is it not evidence enough for them that [so many] learned men from among the children of Israel have recognized this [as true]? 197 Had We revealed it to a man of obscure tongue 198 And had he recited it to them, they would not have believed in it. 199 Thus have We caused it (the denial of the Quran) to enter the hearts of the Mujrimun (criminals, polytheists, sinners, etc.). 200 who will not believe in it, until they see the painful chastisement 201 so that it will come upon them suddenly, while they are unaware, 202 and they will say, 'Shall we be respited?' 203 Do they really want Our chastisement to be expedited? 204 What do you see? If We gave them enjoyment for years, 205 And afterwards comes to them that (punishment) which they had been promised! 206 of what avail will be the provisions of life which they have been granted to enjoy? 207 And We did not destroy any city except that it had warners 208 By way of reminder, and We have never been unjust. 209 And [this divine writ is such a reminder:] no evil spirits have brought it down: 210 They are not worthy of it, nor have they power. 211 indeed they are debarred from overhearing it. 212 So invoke not with Allah another ilah (god) lest you be among those who receive punishment. 213 And warn thy clan, thy nearest kin. 214 And lower thy wing to the Believers who follow thee. 215 If they disobey you, say, "I bear no responsibility for what you do." 216 And rely upon the Exalted in Might, the Merciful, 217 Who sees you when you stand up. 218 And thy movements among those who fall prostrate. 219 Verily He! He is the Hearer, the Knower. 220 Should I tell you on whom the devils descend? 221 They descend on every lying, wicked person, 222 Who gives ear (to the devils and they pour what they may have heard of the unseen from the angels), and most of them are liars. 223 As for the poets, only those who go astray follow them. 224 Do you not see that they wander about in every valley 225 and preaching what they themselves never practice. 226 except those who believed and acted righteously and remembered Allah much, and when they themselves were subjected to wrong, they exacted retribution no more than to the extent of the wrong? Soon will the wrong-doers know the end that they shall reach. 227
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
