۞ Ta Sin. Those are the signs of the Koran and a Manifest Book, 1 A guide: and glad tidings for the believers,- 2 who are steadfast in prayer, who pay the religious tax, and who have strong faith in the life hereafter. 3 Verily those who believe not in the Hereafter - fairseeming unto them We have made their works, so that they wander perplexed. 4 Such are those for whom there is an evil punishment, and in the Everlasting Life are the greatest losers. 5 (Muhammad), you have certainly received the Quran from the All-wise and All-knowing One. 6 When Moses said to his household: 'Indeed, I can see a fire far away. Glory be to God, Lord of the Universe! 8 O Musa! surely I am Allah, the Mighty, the Wise; 9 And throw down thy staff! But when he saw it writhing as it were a demon, he turned to flee headlong; (but it was said unto him): O Moses! Fear not! the emissaries fear not in My presence, 10 Only the unjust become afraid in My presence. Even to these people who replace their bad deeds by good ones, I am All-forgiving and All-merciful. 11 Now put your hand inside your cloak next to your bosom and it will come out [shining] white, without any blemish. This will be one of the nine signs for Pharaoh and his people: for truly they are a rebellious people." 12 But when there came to them Our visible signs, they said, "This is obvious magic." 13 and in their wickedness and self-exaltation they rejected them, although their minds were convinced of their truth: and behold what happened in the end to those spreaders of corruption! 14
