The unbelievers say: 'When we and our fathers are turned to dust, shall we be brought forth? 67 Assuredly we have been promised this aforetime, we and our fathers. Naught is this but fables of the ancients. 68 Say: 'Journey in the land and see what was the end of the sinners' 69 But do not grieve over them, and neither be distressed by the false arguments which they devise [against Gods messages]. 70 They ask, "When the Day of Judgment will come, if it is true at all?" 71 Say, "Perhaps some of the things which you wish to experience immediately are very close to you." 72 Truly, your Lord is bountiful to mankind, but most of them are not grateful. 73 Verily your Lord knows all that their hearts conceal as well as all that they reveal. 74 And there is nothing hidden in the heaven and the earth, but is in a Clear Book (i.e. Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 75 Surely this Quran declares to the children of Israel most of what they differ in. 76 And truly, it (this Quran) is a guide and a mercy to the believers. 77 Surely, by His Judgement, your Lord will decide between them. He is the Mighty, the Knower. 78 so put your trust in God. Surely you are on the path of manifest truth. 79 Surely you cannot make the dead hear you, nor can you make the deaf hear your call if they turn back in flight, 80 Nor canst thou lead the blind out of their error. Thou canst make none to hear, save those who believe Our revelations and who have surrendered. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to be fulfilled concerning them, We shall bring forth a beast of the earth speaking unto them, that the people have not of Our signs been convinced. 82
