The Unbelievers say: "What! when we become dust,- we and our fathers,- shall we really be raised (from the dead)? 67 We were told about this and so were our forefathers before us. But these are no more than fairy tales that have been recounted from ancient times." 68 Say (unto them, O Muhammad): Travel in the land and see the nature of the sequel for the guilty! 69 And do not grieve upon them, nor be distressed because of their scheming. 70 They ask, "When will this promise be fulfilled, if what you say be true?" 71 Say thou: belike close behind you may be some of that which ye would hasten on. 72 Indeed Your Lord is exceedingly bountiful to mankind. Yet most of them do not give thanks. 73 Lo! thy Lord knoweth surely all that their bosoms hide, and all that they proclaim. 74 There is nothing of the hidden in the heavens and the earth that is not recorded in the luminous Book. 75 Surely this Qur'an explains to the Children of Israel most of the matters concerning which they have disagreements 76 It is a guide and mercy for the believers. 77 Verily thy Lord will decide between them by His Decree: and He is Exalted in Might, All-Knowing. 78 So put your trust in Allah for you are on the manifest truth. 79 Verily thou canst not make the dead hear, nor canst thou make the deaf hear the call when they flee turning their backs. 80 Nor canst thou lead the blind out of their error. Thou canst make none to hear, save those who believe Our revelations and who have surrendered. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to be fulfilled concerning them, We shall bring forth a beast of the earth speaking unto them, that the people have not of Our signs been convinced. 82
