And those who disbelieve say: What! when we have become dust and our fathers (too), shall we certainly be brought forth? 67 Assuredly we have been promised this aforetime, we and our fathers. Naught is this but fables of the ancients. 68 Say, "Roam across the earth and observe what was the end of the sinful ones." 69 (O Prophet), do not grieve over them, nor be distressed at their designs. 70 And they ask: 'When will this promise come, if what you say is true' 71 Say, "Perhaps it is close behind you - some of that for which you are impatient. 72 And verily thine Lord is full of grace for mankind, but most of them give not thanks. 73 And most surely your Lord knows what their breasts conceal and what they manifest. 74 And there is nothing hidden in the heaven or the earth but it is in a clear Record. 75 Verily, this Quran narrates to the Children of Israel most of that about which they differ. 76 And verily it is a guidance and a mercy unto the believers. 77 Verily, [O believer,] thy Sustainer will judge between them in His wisdom - for He alone is almighty, all-knowing. 78 So you place your trust in God. Certainly you stand on positive truth. 79 You cannot make the dead hear, nor can you make the deaf hear your call, when they turn their backs on it, 80 Nor can you be a guide to the blind out of their error; you cannot make to bear (any one) except those who believe in Our communications, so they submit. 81 ۞ And when the time for the fulfilment of Our Word against them will come, We shall bring forth for them a beast from the earth who will speak to them because people did not believe in Our Signs. 82
