And those who disbelieve say: "When we have become dust, we and our fathers, shall we really be brought forth (again)? 67 We were promised this before, and so were our fathers. It is but the fictitious story of the ancients' 68 Say: 'Journey in the land, then behold how was the end of the sinners.' 69 Do not grieve over them, and do not be distressed by what they contrive. 70 They ask, "When the Day of Judgment will come, if it is true at all?" 71 Say, "Perhaps it is close behind you - some of that for which you are impatient. 72 And surely your Lord is the Lord of grace to men, but most of them are not grateful. 73 Verily your Lord knows what lies hidden in their breasts and what they disclose. 74 And all the hidden secrets of the heavens and the earth are (written) in a clear Book. (The Preserved Tablet) 75 Verily this Qur'an doth explain to the Children of Israel most of the matters in which they disagree. 76 It is a guidance and grace for those who believe. 77 Verily thy Lord will decide between them by His Decree: and He is Exalted in Might, All-Knowing. 78 So put thy trust in Allah: for thou art on (the path of) manifest Truth. 79 Verily thou canst not make the dead hear, nor canst thou make the deaf hear the call when they flee turning their backs. 80 nor can you direct the blind to the Right Way, preventing them from falling into error. You can make only those who believe in Our verses to hear the call and then submit. 81 ۞ And when the Word is fulfilled against them (the unjust), we shall produce from the earth a beast to (face) them: He will speak to them, for that mankind did not believe with assurance in Our Signs. 82
