Yet those who disbelieve say: When we have become dust like our fathers, shall we verily be brought forth (again)? 67 “Indeed this promise was given to us, and before us to our forefathers – this is nothing but stories of former people.” 68 Say, "Roam across the earth and observe what was the end of the sinful ones." 69 But do not grieve over them, and neither be distressed by the false arguments which they devise [against Gods messages]. 70 They also say: "When will this promise (come to pass)? (Say) if ye are truthful." 71 Say: "Perhaps some of what you wish to hasten is right behind you." 72 Indeed your Lord is Most Munificent upon mankind, but most men do not give thanks. 73 Surely thy Lord knows what their hearts conceal, and what they publish. 74 And there is nothing hidden in the heaven or the earth but it is in a clear Record. 75 BEHOLD, this Qur'an explains to the children of Israel most [of that] whereon they hold divergent views; 76 And truly, it (this Quran) is a guide and a mercy to the believers. 77 Indeed your Lord judges between them with His command; and He is the Almighty, the All Knowing. 78 Therefore rely on Allah; surely you are on the clear truth. 79 You cannot make the dead to listen, or the deaf to hear the call, when they have turned their backs, 80 And you cannot guide the blind away from their error. You will only make hear those who believe in Our verses so they are Muslims [submitting to Allah]. 81 ۞ And when the time for the fulfilment of Our Word against them will come, We shall bring forth for them a beast from the earth who will speak to them because people did not believe in Our Signs. 82
