Al-Naml 6 of 7
The unbelievers have said, "Shall we and our fathers be brought out of the graves after we become dust? 67 "It is true we were promised this,- we and our fathers before (us): these are nothing but tales of the ancients." 68 Say: 'Journey in the land and see what was the end of the sinners' 69 Do not be sorry for them, nor be distressed for what they devise. 70 And they say: When will this threat come to pass, if you are truthful? 71 Say: "It may be that some of the events which ye wish to hasten on may be (close) in your pursuit!" 72 And verily thine Lord is full of grace for mankind, but most of them give not thanks. 73 And verily thine Lord knoweth whatsoever their breasts conceal and whatsoever they make known. 74 There is not a thing hidden in the heaven and earth except that it is in a Clear Book. 75 This Quran explains to the children of Israel much of what they differ over, 76 and, verily, it is a guidance and a grace unto all who believe [in it]. 77 Surely thy Lord will decide between them by His Judgment; He is the All-mighty, the All-knowing. 78 So put thy trust in God; thou art upon the manifest truth. 79 Truly thou canst not cause the dead to listen, nor canst thou cause the deaf to hear the call, (especially) when they turn back in retreat. 80 Thou shalt not guide the blind out of their error neither shalt thou make any to hear, save such as believe in Our signs, and so surrender. 81 ۞ And when the word befalls them, We will bring forth for them a creature from the earth speaking to them, [saying] that the people were, of Our verses, not certain [in faith]. 82

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
