Al-Ankaboot 7 of 7

The worldly life is not more than a childish game. It is the life hereafter which will be the real life, if only they knew it. 64 And when they mount upon the ships they pray to Allah, making their faith pure for Him only, but when He bringeth them safe to land, behold! they ascribe partners (unto Him), 65 That they may disbelieve in that which We have given them, and that they may take their ease. But they will come to know. 66 Have they not seen that We made [Makkah] a safe sanctuary, while people are being taken away all around them? Then in falsehood do they believe, and in the favor of Allah they disbelieve? 67 And who could be more wicked than he who attributes his own lying inventions to God, or gives the lie to the truth when it comes unto him [through revelation]? Is not hell the [proper] abode for all who [thus] deny the truth? 68 And those who strive hard in us, We shall surely guide them in Our paths; verily Allah is with the welldoers. 69
