What is the life of this world but amusement and play? but verily the Home in the Hereafter,- that is life indeed, if they but knew. 64 And so, when they embark on a ship [and find themselves in danger,] they call unto God, [at that moment] sincere in their faith in Him alone; but as soon as He has brought them safe ashore, they [begin to] ascribe to imaginary powers a share in His divinity: 65 Thus they become ungrateful for what We have given them, so that they may enjoy; but they shall soon know. 66 Do they not see that We have given them a safe sanctuary, while all around them men are being despoiled? Do they then believe what is false, and deny the bounty of God? 67 And who is a greater wrong-doer than he who fabricateth a lie against Allah or belieth the truth when it cometh unto him. Will there not be in the Hell an abiding-place for the infidels? 68 And those who strive for Us - We will surely guide them to Our ways. And indeed, Allah is with the doers of good. 69
