۞ Say: "I urge upon you only one thing: Stand up for God two by two or one by one, and think and reflect!" There is no madness about your companion. He is a warner against the dreadful affliction (that awaits). 46 Say to them: “Whatever recompense I might ask of you, it shall be yours. My recompense is with Allah, and He is witness over everything.” 47 Say, "Indeed, my Lord projects the truth. Knower of the unseen." 48 Proclaim, “The truth has come, and falsehood dare not commence nor return.” 49 Say: If I err, I err only against my own soul, and if I follow a right direction, it is because of what my Lord reveals to me; surely He is Hearing, Nigh. 50 And if you could but see, when they will be terrified with no escape (for them), and they will be seized from a near place. 51 They will say: "We believe in it." How could they reach it from a place of no return? 52 They had rejected it before, while they indulged in conjectures from far away. 53 And so, a barrier will be set between them and all that they had [ever] desired, as will be done to such of their kind as lived before their time: for, behold, they [too] were lost in doubt amounting to suspicion. 54
