Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
Ya Sin. 1 Consider this Qur'an full of wisdom: 2 you (Prophet Muhammad) are truly among the Messengers sent 3 On a straight path, 4 A revelation of the Mighty, the Merciful. 5 that thou mayest warn a people whose fathers were never warned, so they are heedless. 6 The Phrase has become obligatory upon most of them, yet they do not believe. 7 Indeed, We have put shackles on their necks, and they are to their chins, so they are with heads [kept] aloft. 8 And We have put before them a barrier and behind them a barrier and covered them, so they do not see. 9 And it is alike to them whether you warn them or warn them not: they do not believe. 10 You can warn only those who would follow the Reminder and fear the Gracious God, unseen. Give them the good news of forgiveness and a noble reward. 11 It is We indeed who bring back the dead to life, and write down what they send ahead (of their deeds), and traces that they leave behind. We keep an account of all things in a lucid register. 12
