Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Ya'. Sin. 1 and the Quran, the Book of wisdom, 2 you are indeed one of the messengers 3 On a Straight Way. 4 This is a revelation of the Mighty, the Merciful. 5 that thou mayest warn a people whose fathers were never warned, so they are heedless. 6 Undoubtedly, it (their disbelief) has proved true for most of them, so they will not believe. 7 We have indeed put shackles around their necks reaching up to the chins, so they remain facing upwards. 8 We have set-up a barrier in front of and behind them and have made them blind. Thus, they cannot see. 9 Whether thou warn them or thou warn them not, it is alike for them, for they believe not. 10 You only warn he who follows the Remembrance and fears the Merciful in the Unseen. Give to him glad tidings of forgiveness and a generous wage. 11 We shall surely bring the dead back to life and We record what they send ahead and what they leave behind. We have recorded everything in a clear book. 12
