Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
O THOU human being! 1 By the Wise Koran, 2 Thou art indeed one of the messengers, 3 on a straight path; 4 This is a revelation of the Mighty, the Merciful. 5 That you may warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, so they are unaware. 6 The Phrase has become obligatory upon most of them, yet they do not believe. 7 We will certainly put iron collars on their heel's which will come up to their chins, so that they will not be able to raise their heads. 8 and We have set a barrier before them and a barrier behind them, and We have covered them up so that they cannot see. 9 It is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them for they shall not believe. 10 Thou warnest only him who followeth the Reminder and feareth the Beneficent in secret. To him bear tidings of forgiveness and a rich reward. 11 Surely, it is We who revive the dead and write down what they have forwarded and what they have left behind; We have counted everything in a Clear Book. 12
