Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
YA SIN. 1 By the Wise Koran, 2 Verily thou art of the sent ones, 3 On a Straight Path (i.e. on Allah's religion of Islamic Monotheism). 4 (The Qur’an is) Sent down by the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 5 so that you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned, and so were heedless. 6 Assuredly the word hath been justified against most of them, wherefore they shall not believe. 7 We have put fetters around their necks which reach up to their chins so that they are standing with their heads upright, 8 And We have put a barrier before them, and a barrier behind them, and We have covered them up, so that they cannot see. 9 And it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe. 10 You can only warn him who follows the reminder and fears the Beneficent Allah in secret; so announce to him forgiveness and an honorable reward. 11 Surely We give life to the dead, and We write down what they have sent before and their footprints, and We have recorded everything in a clear writing. 12
