Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Ya Sin 1 By the wise Qur'an, 2 Indeed you, [O Muhammad], are from among the messengers, 3 On a path that is straight, -- 4 [This is] a revelation of the Exalted in Might, the Merciful, 5 So that you may warn these people whose ancestors were not warned, they are therefore unaware. 6 The Word is proved true against the greater part of them: for they do not believe. 7 Surely We have put on their necks fetters up to the chin, so their heads are raised; 8 And We have set a bar before them and a bar behind them, and (thus) have covered them so that they see not. 9 It is the same whether you have warned them or you have not warned them, they do not believe. 10 You should only warn those who follow the Quran and have fear of the Beneficent God without seeing Him. Give them the glad news of their receiving forgiveness and an honorable reward (from God). 11 Indeed, it is We who bring the dead to life and record what they have put forth and what they left behind, and all things We have enumerated in a clear register. 12
