Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
YaSeen. 1 By the Qur'an, full of Wisdom,- 2 Verily thou art of the sent ones, 3 On the Straight Path. 4 (This is) a Revelation sent down by the AllMighty, the Most Merciful, 5 that thou mayest warn a people whose fathers were never warned, so they are heedless. 6 Certainly the word has proved true of most of them, so they do not believe. 7 We will certainly put iron collars on their heel's which will come up to their chins, so that they will not be able to raise their heads. 8 We have set a barrier before them and a barrier behind them, and, We have covered them so that they do not see. 9 It is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them for they shall not believe. 10 Thou only warnest him who follows the Remembrance and who fears the All-merciful in the Unseen; so give him the good tidings of forgiveness and a generous wage. 11 Surely it is We who bring the dead to life and write down what they have forwarded and what they have left behind; everything We have numbered in a clear register. 12
