Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
Ya Sin 1 Consider this Qur'an full of wisdom: 2 verily, thou art indeed one of God's message-bearers, 3 On the Straight Path. 4 [This is] a revelation of the Exalted in Might, the Merciful, 5 so that you may warn a people whose ancestors were not warned before wherefore they are heedless. 6 The Word is proved true against the greater part of them: for they do not believe. 7 Behold, around their necks We have put shackles, reaching up to their chins, so that their heads are forced up; 8 And We have made before them a barrier and a barrier behind them, then We have covered them over so that they do not see. 9 And it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe. 10 You can only warn him who follows the reminder and fears the Beneficent Allah in secret; so announce to him forgiveness and an honorable reward. 11 Verily, We shall indeed bring the dead back to life; and We shall record whatever [deeds] they have sent ahead, and the traces [of good and evil] which they have left behind: for of all things do We take account in a record clear. 12
