And whomsoever We cause to live long, We reduce (him) to an abject state in constitution; do they not then understand? 68 We have not instructed the (Prophet) in Poetry, nor is it meet for him: this is no less than a Message and a Qur'an making things clear: 69 to the end that it may warn everyone who is alive [of heart,] and that the word [of God] may bear witness against all who deny the truth. 70 Observe they not that We have created for them, of that which Our hands have worked, cattle: so that they are their owners. 71 We have subdued them to them, and some of them they ride, and some they eat; 72 and may have [yet other] benefits from them, and [milk] to drink? Will they not, then, be grateful? 73 And they have appointed Gods other than Allah, that perhaps they may be helped! 74 They (the appointed Gods) cannot help them; and they and their armies will come (to Us), as captives. 75 Therefore (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) do not grieve because of what they (the disbelievers) say; indeed We know what they conceal and what they disclose. 76 Beholdest not man that We have created him from a sperm? Yet lo! he is a manifest disputer? 77 And he puts forth for Us a parable, and forgets his own creation. He says: "Who will give life to these bones when they have rotted away and became dust?" 78 Say, "He who brought them into being in the first instance will give them life again: He has knowledge of every type of creation: 79 Who gave you fire from a green tree, with which you ignite the flame." 80 Is not He who created the heavens and the earth Able to create the likes of them? Yes, [it is so]; and He is the Knowing Creator. 81 Whenever He wills a thing, He just commands it “Be” and it is. 82 Therefore Purity is to Him in Whose Hand* is the control over all things and it is towards Him that you will be returned. (Used as a metaphor to mean Power). 83
