To whoever We give a long life We make him stoop. Do they not understand? 68 And We have not taught him poetry, nor is it meet for him; it is nothing but a reminder and a plain Quran, 69 to the end that it may warn everyone who is alive [of heart,] and that the word [of God] may bear witness against all who deny the truth. 70 Have they not seen how that We have created for them of that Our hands wrought cattle that they own? 71 We have subjected the cattle to them so that some of them they ride and eat the flesh of others. 72 And they have therefrom other benefits and drinks. Will they not then give thanks? 73 And they have taken besides Allah aliha (gods), hoping that they might be helped (by those so called gods). 74 They cannot help them, but they will be brought forward as a troop against those who worshipped them (at the time of Reckoning). 75 So let not their speech, then, grieve you (O Muhammad SAW). Verily, We know what they conceal and what they reveal. 76 Does man not see that We created him of a sperm drop, and lo! he is flagrantly contentious? 77 And [now] he [argues about Us, and] thinks of Us in terms of comparison, and is oblivious of how he himself was created! [And so] he says, "Who could give life to bones that have crumbled to dust?" 78 Say, "He who brought them into being in the first instance will give them life again: He has knowledge of every type of creation: 79 "The same Who produces for you fire out of the green tree, when behold! ye kindle therewith (your own fires)! 80 Is He who created the heavens and earth not able to create others like these people? Of course He is! He is indeed the Supreme Creator, the All Knowing: 81 And His only task when He intends a thing is to command it, “Be” – and it thereupon happens! 82 Therefore Purity is to Him in Whose Hand* is the control over all things and it is towards Him that you will be returned. (Used as a metaphor to mean Power). 83
