Al-Saaffaat 3 of 5
And indeed Nooh prayed to Us – so what an excellent Acceptor of Prayer We are! 75 And We rescued him and his household from the great calamity. 76 and caused his offspring to endure [on earth]; 77 And left for him (a goodly remembrance) among generations to come in later times: 78 Peace be upon Nooh, among the entire people. 79 Thus do We reward all those who do good. 80 Surely he was one of Our truly believing servants. 81 We then drowned the others. 82 ۞ Verily among those who followed his Way was Abraham. 83 When he came to his Lord with a heart compliant, 84 When he said to his father and his people: "What is this you worship? 85 Why do you solicit false gods instead of God? 86 “So what do you assume regarding the Lord Of The Creation?” (That He will not punish you?) 87 He then shot a glance at the stars. 88 Then said: Lo! I feel sick! 89 So they turned away from him, and departed (for fear of the disease). 90 He then sneaked upon their deities and said, “Do you not eat?” 91 What ails you, that you speak not?' 92 Then he slipped unto them striking them with the right hand. 93 So the people descended upon him. 94 He said: "Worship you that which you (yourselves) carve? 95 And Allah has created you and what you make. 96 They said, "Build a pyre for him and throw him into the blaze!" 97 So they plotted a plot against him, but We made them the lowest. 98 And he said (after his rescue from the fire): "Verily, I am going to my Lord. He will guide me!" 99 "O my Lord! Grant me a righteous (son)!" 100 We gave him the good news that he would have a patient, forbearing son. 101 When he was old enough to go about with him, he said: "O my son, I dreamt that I was sacrificing you. Consider, what you think?" He replied: "Father, do as you are commanded. If God pleases you will find me firm." 102 Then when the twain had submitted themselves and he had prostrated him upon his temple. 103 We called to him, "Abraham, 104 You have fulfilled the vision." Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 105 This was indeed a plain trial. 106 So We ransomed him for a great sacrifice, 107 And We left (this blessing) for him among generations (to come) in later times: 108 "Peace and salutation to Abraham!" 109 This is how We reward the virtuous. 110 He was one of Our believing worshipers. 111 So We gave him the good news of Isaac, apostle, who is among the righteous. 112 And We blessed him and Isaac. And of their seed are some who do good, and some who plainly wrong themselves. 113

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
