We also bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron: 114 And We saved them and their people from the great distress; 115 And helped them, so they were victorious. 116 We gave them the explicit Book, 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 And We kept their praise among the latter generations. 119 'Peace be upon Moses and, Aaron!' 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 (Call to mind) when he said to his people: “Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you worship Ba`al and abandon the Best Creator. 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers?" 126 They denied him, and will surely be brought to punishment, 127 except for God's sincere servants; 128 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon him in the latter (generations), 129 "Peace and salutation to such as Elias!" 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 Lo! he is one of our believing slaves. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 Wherefore We saved him and his entire family 134 Except an old woman (his wife) who was among those who remained behind. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 And indeed you pass over them in the morning. – 137 And by night: will ye not understand? 138

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
