We also favoured Moses and Aaron, 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 We helped them, and they became victorious, 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 and guided them to the straight path; 118 And We left for them among the later folk (the salutation): 119 'Peace be upon Moses and, Aaron!' 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 They were among Our believing worshipers. 122 And indeed Ilyas is one of the Noble Messengers. 123 (Call to mind) when he said to his people: “Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call on Baal and abandon the Best of Creators, 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your ancestors of yore.” 126 They denied him, and will surely be brought to punishment, 127 Save single-minded slaves of Allah. 128 And We left for him among the posterity: 129 'Peace be upon Elias!' 130 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 And surely ye pass by them in the morning. 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138
