And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 And We saved them and their people from the great distress; 115 And helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 And showed them the straight path, 118 And We left for them (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 119 Peace be unto Musa and Harun. 120 Verily, thus do We reward the Muhsinun (good-doers - see V. 2:112). 121 Indeed, they were of Our believing servants. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 He asked his people: 'Do you not fear (Allah)? 124 “What! You worship Baal (an idol) and leave the Best Creator?” – 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment], 127 Except the chosen bondmen of Allah. 128 We perpetuated his praise in the later generations. 129 "Peace and salutation to such as Elias!" 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 Lot, too, was among the Messengers. 133 When We rescued him and his entire household. 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by (their habitations) in the morning 137 Or at night.
