And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 and We delivered both of them and their people from the great calamity. 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 And We led the twain on unto the straight path. 118 And left (their remembrance) for posterity. 119 Peace be upon Moosa and Haroon! 120 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 He asked his people: 'Do you not fear (Allah)? 124 Will you invoke Baal and forsake [God,] the best of artisans 125 God, your Sustainer and the Sustainer of your forebears of old?" 126 But they rejected him, and they will certainly be called up (for punishment),- 127 excepting only [those who were] God's true servants; 128 We preserved a good name for him among posterity. 129 Salamun (peace) be upon Ilyasin (Elias)!" 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And indeed Lut is one of the Noble Messengers. 133 Wherefore We saved him and his entire family 134 Except an old woman (who was) amongst those who tarried. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 and you pass by them in the morning 137 And by night: will ye not understand? 138
