And We did certainly confer favor upon Moses and Aaron. 114 And We saved them and their people from the great affliction, 115 And We helped them, so that they were the victors; 116 And We gave them the explicit Scripture, 117 guided them to the right path, 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 'Peace be upon Moses and Aaron' 120 Thus do We reward the righteous ones. 121 Indeed they are two of Our high ranking, firmly believing bondmen. 122 And indeed Ilyas is one of the Noble Messengers. 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 “Allah – Who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?” 126 In response they denied him, so they will surely be brought forth as captives. 127 except for God's sincere servants; 128 We preserved a good name for him among posterity. 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 He is truly among Our faithful devotees. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 When We rescued him and his entire household. 134 Except an old woman (who was) amongst those who tarried. 135 Then We destroyed the rest [i.e. the towns of Sodom at the place of the Dead Sea (now) in Palestine].
