And We did certainly confer favor upon Moses and Aaron. 114 and saved them and their people from great distress. 115 And helped them so that they became the victors. 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And We led the twain on unto the straight path. 118 And We left (this blessing) for them among generations (to come) in later times: 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 truly they were among Our faithful servants. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment], 127 excepting only [those who were] God's true servants; 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 Peace be with the followers of Elias. 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 Lo! he is one of our believing slaves. 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 We saved him and all his people, 134 save an old woman among those that tarried; 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 And indeed you pass over them in the morning. – 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138
