And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 And We saved them and their people from the great distress; 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 And showed them the right path. 118 And left (their remembrance) for posterity. 119 Salamun (peace) be upon Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron)!" 120 That is how We reward those who do good. 121 Surely both of them were among Our believing servants. 122 Verily Elias is one of the apostles. 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 What! do you call upon Ba'l and forsake the best of the creators, 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients' 126 Then they belied him, so verily they are to be brought up. 127 Except the bondmen of Allah sincere. 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 Peace be on Elias. 130 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 131 He is truly among Our faithful devotees. 132 Lot was certainly a Messenger. 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 Except an old woman (his wife) who was among those who remained behind. 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 Verily, ye pass by their (sites), by day- 137 and at night, will you not understand? 138
