And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 and We delivered both of them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles); 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 And showed them the straight path, 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 'Peace be upon Moses and, Aaron!' 120 Thus do We reward the doers of good 121 truly they were among Our faithful servants. 122 Surely, Elias too was among the Messengers. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not be mindful of God? 124 Do you call on Baal and abandon the Best of Creators, 125 “Allah – Who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?” 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 except for God's sincere servants; 128 And We left for him among the posterity: 129 Peace be upon Ilyas! 130 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 131 he was among Our believing servants. 132 Lot too was one of the Envoys; 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 except for an old woman who stayed behind, 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 and at night, will you not understand? 138
