We also bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron: 114 And saved them and their people from great distress, 115 We helped them and they were victorious. 116 We gave them the enlightening Book, 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 And We perpetuated (praise) to them among the later generations. 119 'Peace be upon Moses and Aaron' 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 Verily! They were two of Our believing slaves. 122 Verily Elias is one of the apostles. 123 He said to his people, "Have you no fear [of God?] 124 What! do you call upon Ba'l and forsake the best of the creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 They called him a liar. Thus, all of them will suffer torment 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 'Peace be upon El Yaseen' 130 In this way do We reward the righteous ones. 131 surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 Lot was certainly a Messenger. 133 Wherefore We saved him and his entire family 134 Save an old woman among those who stayed behind; 135 Then We destroyed the rest. 136 And indeed you pass over them in the morning. – 137 And by night: will ye not understand? 138
