Verily We bestowed Our favours on Moses and Aaron 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 We helped them and they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And We guided them to the Straight Way. 118 And We left for them among the later folk (the salutation): 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 121 Indeed they are two of Our high ranking, firmly believing bondmen. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 “What! You worship Baal (an idol) and leave the Best Creator?” – 125 "Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 Then they belied him, so verily they are to be brought up. 127 except for God's sincere servants; 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 "Peace be upon Elijah and his followers!" 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 Verily he was one of Our bondmen believing. 132 And indeed Lut is one of the Noble Messengers. 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 except for an old woman who stayed behind, 135 and then We utterly destroyed the others: 136 And most surely you pass by them in the morning, 137 and at night. Will you then not understand? 138
