Hizb 46

And Yunus was most surely of the apostles. 139 when he fled like a runaway slave onto a laden ship. 140 And then they cast lots, and he was the one who lost; 141 [and they cast him into the sea,] whereupon the great fish swallowed him, for he had been blameworthy. 142 Had it not been that he (repented and) glorified Allah, 143 he would certainly have remained inside the fish till the Day of Resurrection. 144 ۞ but We cast him upon the wilderness, and he was sick, 145 and We caused a pumpkin tree to grow over him. 146 And We had sent him to a hundred thousand: rather they exceeded. 147 And they believed, so We gave them provision till a time. 148 So ask them for a pronouncement -- Has thy Lord daughters, and they sons? 149 Or did We create the angels females, while they were witnesses? 150 Lo! verily it is of their falsehood that they say: 151 God hath begotten. Verily they are the liars. 152 Has He (then) chosen daughters rather than sons? 153 Woe to you! How terrible is your Judgment. 154 Do you not understand? 155 Do you have clear authority? 156 Bring your Book, if you are truthful. 157 And they imagine kinship between him and the jinn, whereas the jinn know well that they will be brought before (Him). 158 Exaltations to Allah above what they describe, 159 Except the slaves of Allah, whom He choses (for His Mercy i.e. true believers of Islamic Monotheism who do not attribute false things unto Allah). 160 So you and your deities 161 cannot mislead anyone 162 Except one who is (destined) to burn in Hell. 163 Of us there is none but hath a station assigned. 164 “And indeed we, with our wings spread, await the command.” 165 we are they that give glory. 166 And indeed, the disbelievers used to say, 167 "Had we received guidance from the people living before us, 168 Surely we would have been the bondmen of God sincere. 169 But they disbelieve in it (the Koran), but soon they shall know! 170 Our word had already been given before to Our votaries, the apostles, -- 171 [That] indeed, they would be those given victory 172 And surely, only Our army will be victorious. 173 Hence, turn thou aside for a while from those [who deny the truth,] 174 And watch them (how they fare), and they soon shall see (how thou farest)! 175 Do they seek to hasten Our chastisement? 176 But when it cometh home to them, then it will be a hapless morn for those who have been warned. 177 Hence, turn thou aside for a while from them, 178 And see thou: they themselves shall presently see. 179 LIMITLESS in His glory is thy Sustainer, the Lord of almightiness, [exalted] above anything that men may devise by way of definition! 180 Peace be on the Messengers. 181 and all praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Universe. 182
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat). Sent down in Mecca after Animals (Al-An 'aam) before Luqmaan (Luqmaan)

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
