Remember Our votary Job because he called to his Lord: "Satan has afflicted me with disease and distress." 41 (Allah said to him): "Strike the ground with your foot: This is a spring of water to wash in, cool and a (refreshing) drink." 42 We restored his family to him, doubling their number as an act of grace from Us, and as a reminder to all who are endowed with insight. 43 and, 'Take in thy hand a bundle of rushes, and strike therewith, and do not fail in thy oath.' Surely We found him a steadfast man. How excellent a servant he was! He was a penitent. 44 And remember Our servants Ibrahim and Ishaq and Yaqoub, men of power and insight. 45 We distinguished them for the distinct remembrance of the abode (of the Hereafter). 46 And most surely they were with Us, of the elect, the best. 47 And remember Isma'il (Ishmael), Al-Yasa'a (Elisha), and Dhul-Kifl (Isaiah), all are among the best. 48 This is a Message (of admonition): and verily, for the righteous, is a beautiful Place of (Final) Return,- 49 gardens of perpetual bliss, with gates wide-open to them, 50 Wherein, reclining, they call for plenteous fruit and cool drink (that is) therein. 51 ۞ and wherein there shall be with them well-matched, bashful mates. 52 This it is that ye are promised for the Day of Reckoning. 53 Our provision for you will never be exhausted. 54 This [is so]. But indeed, for the transgressors is an evil place of return - 55 Hell; they shall enter it, so evil is the resting-place. 56 All of this; so let them taste it, boiling water and pus, 57 and other torments of the like kind coupled together. 58 Their leaders will be told, "This band will also be thrown headlong with you into hell." Their leaders will exclaim, "May condemnation fall upon them! Let them suffer the torment of fire". 59 But they will say: 'No, it is you that has no welcome. It was you who brought it upon us, an evil place' 60 They say: Our Lord! Whoever did prepare this for us, oh, give him double portion of the Fire! 61 And they will say: "What is the matter with us that we see not men whom we used to count among the bad ones?" 62 Is it [because] we took them in ridicule, or has [our] vision turned away from them?" 63 Truly that is just and fitting,- the mutual recriminations of the People of the Fire! 64
