(Muhammad), recall Our servant Job. When he prayed to his Lord saying, "Satan has afflicted me with hardship and torment," 41 Stamp the ground with thy foot, yonder is water to wash in, cool, and water to drink. 42 And We gave him his family and the like of them with them, as a mercy from Us, and as a reminder to those possessed of understanding. 43 And take in your hand a green branch and beat her with It and do not break your oath; surely We found him patient; most excellent the servant! Surely he was frequent in returning (to Allah). 44 And remember Our slaves, Ibrahim (Abraham), Ishaque (Isaac), and Ya'qub (Jacob), (all) owners of strength (in worshipping Us) and (also) of religious understanding. 45 Assuredly We purified them with a quality most pure, the remembrance of the Abode, 46 In Our eyes they were of the chosen, virtuous people. 47 Also, remember our worshipers Ishmael, Elisha, and ThulKifl, they are among the good. 48 Such is their noble story. The pious ones will certainly have the best place to return. 49 Gardens of Eden with gates open wide to them, 50 Reclining on pillows, in it they ask for fruits and drinks in plenty. 51 ۞ with them, they will have pure, modest women of an equal age. 52 This is the promise being given to you, for the Day of Reckoning. 53 This is Our provision for you, never to end. 54 This is for the virtuous; and indeed for the rebellious is a wretched destination. 55 They will suffer in hell. What a terrible dwelling! 56 This - so let them taste it - is scalding water and [foul] purulence. 57 and other similar to it, joined together. 58 This is an army plunging in without consideration along with you; no welcome for them, surely they shall enter fire. 59 They will say: "In fact, it is you who will have no welcome. It is you who brought this upon us. What an evil place of rest!" 60 They will say, "Our Lord, whoever brought this upon us - increase for him double punishment in the Fire." 61 And will add: "O what has happened to us that we do not see the men we counted among the wicked. 62 What, did we take them for a laughing-stock? Or have our eyes swerved away from them?' 63 Such disputes will certainly take place among the dwellers of hell fire. 64
