And make mention (O Muhammad) of Our bondman Job, when he cried unto his Lord (saying): Lo! the devil doth afflict me with distress and torment. 41 (We answered his prayer, healed his sickness, and told him), "Run on your feet. This is cool water (for you) to wash and drink". 42 And We gave to him his family, and the like of them with them, as a mercy from us, and a reminder unto men possessed of minds; 43 and, 'Take in thy hand a bundle of rushes, and strike therewith, and do not fail in thy oath.' Surely We found him a steadfast man. How excellent a servant he was! He was a penitent. 44 AND CALL to mind Our servants Abraham and Isaac and Jacob, [all of them] endowed with inner strength and vision: 45 We distinguished them for the distinct remembrance of the abode (of the Hereafter). 46 In Our sight they are among the chosen and excellent ones. 47 And remember Ismail and Yasa’a (Elisha) and Zul-Kifl; and they are all excellent. 48 This is a Message (of admonition): and verily, for the righteous, is a beautiful Place of (Final) Return,- 49 #NAME? 50 Therein they will recline; therein they will call for plenteous fruit and drink. 51 ۞ And with them shall be those restraining their eyes, equals in age. 52 This is what you are promised for the day of reckoning. 53 Most surely this is Our sustenance; it shall never come to an end; 54 This is so! And for the Taghun (transgressors, disobedient to Allah and His Messenger - disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah, criminals, etc.), will be an evil final return (Fire), 55 Hell; they shall enter it, so evil is the resting-place. 56 This (shall be so); so let them taste it, boiling and intensely cold (drink). 57 And similar other punishments in pairs. 58 Here is a multitude rushing headlong with you. There is no welcome for them. They will roast in the fire. 59 (The followers shall cry to the misleaders:) "Nay, ye (too)! No welcome for you! It is ye who have brought this upon us! Now evil is (this) place to stay in!" 60 They say, “Our Lord! Whoever has brought this calamity upon us – double the punishment of the fire for him!” 61 They say, 'How is it with us, that we do not see men here that we counted among the wicked? 62 “Did we mock at them or did our eyes turn away from them?” 63 Indeed, that is truth - the quarreling of the people of the Fire. 64
