Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I am purely a Herald of Warning – and there is no God except Allah, the One, the All Dominant.” 65 the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is in between them, the Most Mighty, the Most Forgiving.” 66 Say, "This is momentous news, 67 but you have turned away from it. 68 I had no knowledge of the High Council when they disputed. 69 I am told (about matters) by means of revelation only because I am a clear warner.” 70 [So mention] when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I am going to create a human being from clay. 71 So when I have proportioned him and breathed into him of My [created] soul, then fall down to him in prostration." 72 So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them: 73 Saving Iblis; he was scornful and became one of the disbelievers. 74 Said He: "O Iblis! What has kept thee from prostrating thyself before that [being] which I have created with My hands? Art thou too proud [to bow down before another created being,] or art thou of those who think [only] of themselves as high?" 75 He said, "I am better than him. You have created me from fire and him out of clay". 76 'Begone' said He, 'you are stoned'. 77 My curse will remain upon you till the Day of Judgement!" 78 He said: My Lord! then respite me to the day that they are raised. 79 Said He, 'Thou art among the ones that are respited 80 "Till the Day of the Time Appointed." 81 He said: Then by Thy Might I will surely make them live an evil life, all, 82 except Your sincere servants among them". 83 Said He, 'This is the truth, and the truth I say; 84 I shall assuredly fill Gehenna with thee, and with whosoever of them follows thee, all together.' 85 Say: I do not ask you for any reward for it; nor am I of those who affect: 86 “It is not but an advice for the entire world.” 87 "And you shall certainly know the truth of it after a while. 88
