Tell them, (O Prophet): “I am nothing but a warner. There is no deity but Allah, the One, the Supreme, 65 The Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, the Mighty, the most Forgiving. 66 Say: "That (this Quran) is a great news, 67 From which you turn away. 68 I had no knowledge of the chiefs on high when they disputed; 69 "Only this has been inspired to me, that I am a plain warner." 70 When your Lord said to the angels: 'I am creating a human from clay, 71 after I have shaped him and breathed of My spirit (I created) into him, fall down prostrate before him' 72 The angels prostrated themselves, all of them. 73 but not Satan, who was too proud. He became one of those who deny the truth. 74 Said Allah, “O Iblis! What prevented you from prostrating before one whom I have created with My hands*? Have you become proud or were you haughty from the beginning?” (Used as a metaphor). 75 He (satan) replied: 'I am better than he. You created me from fire, and You created him from clay' 76 'Begone' said He, 'you are stoned'. 77 "And verily!, My Curse is on you till the Day of Recompense." 78 He said: "O Lord, give me respite till the day the dead rise from their graves." 79 He said: Surely you are of the respited ones, 80 till the Appointed Day." 81 He said, "By Your Glory, I shall seduce all of them (children of Adam). 82 [all] save such of them as are truly Thy servants!" 83 (God) said: "This is right by Me, and what I say is right. 84 I shall certainly fill Gehenna with you and every one of them that follows you' 85 SAY [O Prophet]: "No reward whatever do I ask of you for this [message]; and I am not one of those who claim to be what they are not. 86 It is nothing but a reminder to the nations; 87 And ye will come in time to know the truth thereof. 88
