SAY [O Muhammad]: "I am only a warner; and there is no deity whatever save God, the One, who holds absolute sway over all that exists, 65 "The Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the All-Mighty, the Oft-Forgiving." 66 Say: 'It is a mighty tiding 67 from which you are turning away.” 68 “What did I know of the heavenly world, when the angels had disputed.” 69 I have only received revelation to give you plain warning. 70 Recall what time thy Lord said unto the angels: verily I am about to create a human being from clay; 71 So when I have proportioned him and breathed into him of My [created] soul, then fall down to him in prostration." 72 Then the angels bowed themselves all together, 73 save Iblis; he waxed proud, and was one of the unbelievers. 74 Allah said: O Iblis! what preventeth thee from prostrating thyself before that which I have created with both my hands? Becomest thou stiff-necked, or art thou of the exalted ones? 75 He said, "I am better than him. You have created me from fire and him out of clay". 76 He said: Then get out of it, for surely you are driven away: 77 My curse will remain upon you till the Day of Judgement!" 78 (Iblis) said: "O my Lord! Give me then respite till the Day the (dead) are raised." 79 Answered He: "Verily, so [be it:] thou shalt be among those who are granted respite 80 until the day of the known time.' 81 He said, "By Your Honour, I will lead all of them astray, 82 Save Thy bondmen among them Sincere. 83 [And God] said: "This, then, is the truth! And this truth do I state: 84 I shall certainly fill Gehenna with you and every one of them that follows you' 85 Say, "I do not ask you for any recompense for this, nor am I a man of false pretentions: 86 It is naught but an admonition unto the worlds. 87 and you will most certainly grasp its purport after a lapse of time!" 88

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
