Say: 'I am only a warner. There is no god except Allah, the One, the Conqueror, 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatsoever is in-between the twain, the Mighty, the Forgiver. 66 Say: “This is a tiding of tremendous import 67 "From which you turn away! 68 "I had no knowledge of the chiefs (angels) on high when they were disputing and discussing (about the creation of Adam). 69 It has not been revealed to me except that I am a clear warner." 70 Behold, thy Lord said to the angels: "I am about to create man from clay: 71 after I have shaped him and breathed of My spirit (I created) into him, fall down prostrate before him' 72 So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them: 73 Not so lblis. He grew stiffnecked and became of the infidels. 74 (Allah) said: "O Iblis! What prevents thee from prostrating thyself to one whom I have created with my hands? Art thou haughty? Or art thou one of the high (and mighty) ones?" 75 He said, "I am better than him. You have created me from fire and him out of clay". 76 "Begone! You are accursed: 77 And lo! My curse is on thee till the Day of Judgment. 78 But Satan said, "My Lord, grant me respite until the Day of Resurrection," 79 so He said, "You are granted respite 80 till the Appointed Day." 81 [Iblees] said, "By your might, I will surely mislead them all 82 except those of Your servants, the chosen ones from amongst them.” 83 (God) said: "This is right by Me, and what I say is right. 84 that I shall certainly fill hell with you and your followers all together". 85 Say (Prophet Muhammad): 'For this I ask of you no wage, and I am not of those who take things upon themselves. 86 "This is no less than a Message to (all) the Worlds. 87 You will come to know its truth in time." 88
