۞ Say: "O creatures of God, those of you who have acted against your own interests should not be disheartened of the mercy of God. Surely God forgives all sins. He is all-forgiving and all-merciful. 53 Turn unto your Lord and surrender to Him, ere the chastisement comes upon you, then you will not be helped. 54 And ere that suffering comes upon you of a sudden, without your being aware [of its approach,] follow the most goodly [teaching] that has been revealed unto you by your Sustainer, 55 Lest any soul should say: Alas, my grief that I was unmindful of Allah, and I was indeed among the scoffers! 56 Or, lest it should say: had Allah but guided me, I should surely have been of the God-fearing! 57 Or, lest when it sees the punishment should say: 'O that I might return, and be among those that did good' 58 (But now the answer will be): Nay, for My revelations came unto thee, but thou didst deny them and wast scornful and wast among the disbelievers. 59 On the Day of Judgment you will see the faces of those who had invented falsehood against God blackened. Is not hell the dwelling of the arrogant ones? 60 And Allah delivereth those who ward off (evil) because of their deserts. Evil toucheth them not, nor do they grieve. 61 Allah is Creator of all things; and He only is the Controller of all things. 62 To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth. And they who disbelieve in the verses of Allah - it is those who are the losers. 63

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
