۞ Say: "O 'Ibadi (My slaves) who have transgressed against themselves (by committing evil deeds and sins)! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah, verily Allah forgives all sins. Truly, He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. 53 And return [in repentance] to your Lord and submit to Him before the punishment comes upon you; then you will not be helped. 54 And follow the fairest of what has been sent down to you from your Lord, ere the chastisement comes upon you suddenly while you are unaware. 55 Lest any soul should say: Alas, my grief that I was unmindful of Allah, and I was indeed among the scoffers! 56 Or it should say: Had Allah guided me, I would certainly have been of those who guard (against evil); 57 Or, he may say as he sees the punishment, "Would that I had a second chance, so that I could be among the doers of good." 58 But yes, there had come to you My verses, but you denied them and were arrogant, and you were among the disbelievers. 59 And you will see on the Day of Resurrection the fabricators of lies against Allah, with their faces blackened; is not the destination of the haughty in hell? 60 God will save the pious ones because of their virtuous deeds. No hardship will touch them nor will they be grieved. 61 Allah is the Creator of everything, and He is over everything a Trustee. 62 He has the keys of the heavens and the earth; and those who deny the revelations of God will be losers. 63
