It is Allah who made for you the night that you may rest therein and the day giving sight. Indeed, Allah is full of bounty to the people, but most of the people are not grateful. 61 Such is Allah, your Lord, the Creator of all things, There is no Allah save Him. How then are ye perverted? 62 Thus were those [before you] deluded who were rejecting the signs of Allah. 63 Allah it is Who made the earth a dwelling place for you and made the sky a canopy, Who shaped you -- and shaped you exceedingly well -- and gave you good things as sustenance. That is Allah, your Lord; blessed be Allah, the Lord of the Universe. 64 He is the Ever-Living; there is no deity save Him: call, then, unto Him [alone,] sincere in your faith in Him. All praise is due to God, the Sustainer of all the worlds! 65 ۞ Say, "I have been forbidden to invoke those whom you invoke besides God -- seeing that clear signs have come to me from my Lord; and I have been commanded to submit to the Lord of the Universe." 66 It is He who created you from dust, then a drop of semen, then the embryo; afterwards He brings you forth as a child; then you attain the age of manhood, and then reach old age. But some of you die before you reach the appointed term that you may haply understand. 67 It is He Who gives life and death; so whenever He wills a thing, He only says to it “Be” – it thereupon happens! 68
