Do you not see how those who dispute God's signs, are turned away from the right path -- 69 Those who deny the Book and what We have sent down with Our apostles, will soon come to know 70 when, with iron collars and chains around their necks, they are dragged 71 Through boiling water, and then burnt in the Fire. 72 It will then be said to them, “Where are the partners you used to appoint?” – 73 They will say, "They have been lost to us; nay, we did not invoke anything before [that had real existence]." Thus God leaves the deniers of the truth to stray; 74 "This is so because you went about exulting wrongfully in the land," (will they be told), "and you were insolent. 75 Enter the gates of Gehenna and live there for ever. Evil is the lodging of the proud. 76 So persevere in patience; for the Promise of Allah is true: and whether We show thee (in this life) some part of what We promise them,- or We take thy soul (to Our Mercy) (before that),-(in any case) it is to Us that they shall (all) return. 77 And, indeed We have sent Messengers before you (O Muhammad SAW); of some of them We have related to you their story and of some We have not related to you their story, and it was not given to any Messenger that he should bring a sign except by the Leave of Allah. So, when comes the Commandment of Allah, the matter will be decided with truth, and the followers of falsehood will then be lost. 78
