ART THOU NOT aware of how far they who call God's messages in question have lost sight of the truth? 69 Those who deny the Book and that with which We sent Our messengers - they are going to know, 70 When the shackles are around their necks and the chains; they will be dragged 71 Through boiling waters; then they are thrust into the Fire. 72 It will then be said to them, “Where are the partners you used to appoint?” – 73 Apart from God?" They will answer: "They have left us in the lurch and fled. In fact it was nothing that we prayed to before." That is how God sends the unbelievers astray. 74 "That was because ye were wont to rejoice on the earth in things other than the Truth, and that ye were wont to be insolent. 75 Enter the gates of Hell to abide therein, and (indeed) what an evil abode of the arrogant! 76 (Muhammad), exercise patience. The promise of God is true. Whether We let you witness the suffering with which they were threatened or because of your death (you do not see them suffering,), We shall still punish them when they return to Us (on the Day of Judgment). 77 We sent other Messengers before you; of some, We have already told you, of others We have not told you. Yet it was not for any Messenger to bring a verse except by the permission of Allah. And when the command of Allah comes the matter will be justly decided; and the vaindoers will be lost. 78
