Seest thou not those that dispute concerning the Signs of Allah? How are they turned away (from Reality)?- 69 Those who reject the Book and the (revelations) with which We sent our messengers: but soon shall they know,- 70 When around their necks will be shackles and chains; they will be dragged. – 71 Into the boiling water; then into the Fire they will be stocked. 72 and then they will be asked, "Where are those whom you associated [with God]?" 73 "Besides Allah" They will say: "They have vanished from us: Nay, we did not invoke (worship) anything before." Thus Allah leads astray the disbelievers. 74 “This is the recompense of your being happy upon falsehood in the earth, and the recompense of your conceit.” 75 So enter the gates of Hell to abide in it for ever." How evil the abode of the arrogant! 76 So be patient, surely the promise of Allah is true. So should We make you see part of what We threaten them with, or should We cause you to die, to Us shall they be returned. 77 And We have already sent messengers before you. Among them are those [whose stories] We have related to you, and among them are those [whose stories] We have not related to you. And it was not for any messenger to bring a sign [or verse] except by permission of Allah. So when the command of Allah comes, it will be concluded in truth, and the falsifiers will thereupon lose [all]. 78
