In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Ha. Mim. 1 A revelation from [God], the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful -- 2 A Book the verses of which are explained in detail, the Qur’an in Arabic for people of intellect. 3 one bearing good news and warning. Yet most of them turned away and are not wont to give heed. 4 They say, "Our hearts are covered against and our ears are deaf to whatever you (Muhammad) invite us to. There is a barrier between us and you. So act as you please and we shall act as we please". 5 (Muhammad), say, "I am a mere mortal like you. I have received a revelation that your Lord is the only One. So be up-right and obedient to Him and seek forgiveness from Him. Woe to the pagans, 6 Who do not give a due share of their wealth for the welfare of others, and do not believe in the Hereafter. 7 For those who believe and work deeds of righteousness is a reward that will never fail. 8
